The Apurva Chef Kempinski Program has started its program in September 2020. Students have learned at school for 3 months and they have completed their first final exam on 25-26 January 2021.
In this final exam, students are challenged to prepare a Set Menu from Appetizer, Soup, Main Course to Dessert. They have 5 hours to complete all menu and present it to the chef judges. The Executive Chef, Weng Kit from The Apurva Kempinski Bali and Bali Culinary Pastry School Chef Instructors will tasting the food and give their comments as well as scoring the food.
The important thing of this assessment not only depend on its taste and food presentation, but also on their skills, discipline, time management and hygiene. It is important to combine their skills, knowledge and right attitude to produce a great result.
Our students have done excellent job during the final exam and now they are continue learning at the next level of culinary program. After being prepared, mentored and developed for 6 months in school, students will have learning opportunity through internship program at The Apurva Kempinski Bali. Bali Culinary Pastry School is committed to prepare students with great skills, knowledge and good character to be able to bring a change and impact of culinary industry.
