Hatten Wines has been making wine in Bali since 1994 and now Hatten Wines opens a new beautiful showcasing building. A wine lifestyle boutique, wine education classroom will allow Hatten Wines to pursue its educational mission.
On 25 November 2017, the students of Bali Culinary Pastry School took an opportunity to learn about wine pairing class held by Hatten Wines. We visited the venue and learned about the art of wine. During the wine pairing lesson, we tasted beef, chicken and fish with various sauces to explore and tasting 5 different wines to match. We enjoyed the lesson and the way the lesson was passionately taught. Part the culinary exploration is also understanding and learning about the industry player, making the learning interesting and exciting.
Thank you Hatten Wine for having the learning facilities thus our students can be exposed to the initial step of learning wine and will be motivated to explore further its world.
