At the end of 2020, 21 – 23 and 28 – 30 December 2020 Bali Culinary Pastry School held a Holiday Cooking Class. This class lasted for 3 days for Pastry Baker Class and continued with 3 days Class Culinary Class. The class was also including a Food Photography class. Students who joined this class were aged 14-25 years, and they were very happy with the classes that have been held. They come from Bali and some of them from Java.

 

In the Pastry Bakery Class, they learned about Star Bread and Ginger House. As for the Culinary Class, they learned about Thai, Western, and Japanese Cuisine. “I have participated in this holiday class many times at the Bali Culinary Pastry School. Its always nice to meet new friends and study in the kitchen, ”said Agus, one of the students.

The different thing about the Holiday Christmas Fun Cooking Class this year was the addition of the Food Photography Class and got to learn the basic skill of taking food style photo.

Holiday classes are held every year at Bali Culinary Pastry School as a holiday activity for the students. This class is run with a limited number of students, also, applied the health protocol by using masks and goggles. The addition of a food photography class is an interesting course for this Holiday Class. Henceforth, Holiday Class will always be routinely carried out with a limited number of students.
