Intensive Pastry Bakery program is dedicated to prospective students who want to channel their hobbies in the world of pastry and bakery. With a total of 16 meetings for hand-on practice, prospective students will learn how to make bread, Italian bread, puff pastry, sponges cake, cream and custards, choux pastry, pies and chocolate.
Each student learns from the beginning and direct the practice so that each student can immediately learn the technique and fully understand the constraints that can occur. In producing various types of bread, each student can understand the character, type and name of the available bread. All the breads learned are the standard bakery that is in a five star hotel. When each student learns to make pastry products, students are expected to practice more complicated techniques because different types of pastry require different processes.
