Behind her talent as a professional ballet dancer, Angel never imagined that she would eventually joined and study in a culinary school. Her big interest in baking is the thing that keeps her going. She chose Bali Culinary Pastry School because the pandemic hits and she could not go abroad. She did not regret her decision because she fell in love with pastry and bakery. For her, pastry bakery is exciting and always developing.
After studying at Bali Culinary Pastry School for 6 months, her culinary journey started as intern at The Apurva Kempinski Bali. After her internship finished, she was selected to join The Marsa Malaz Kempinski Doha to support FIFA World Cup 2022 by preparing meals for US Soccer Team. Her hard work paid off, as for now she is currently working in Broadway at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental as Commis 1.
