Carpigiani Gelato University’s Basic Gelato Class run the 4th times in Bali Culinary Pastry School The next class will be held in October 2019 and December 2019 in Bali. Carpigiani Gelato Basic Gelato class has been routinely held in Bali Culinary Pastry School since October 2018. We are excited to be able to offer the program for Indonesians as well as International gelato enthusiasts at affordable price.
The recent class, the students came from different parts of Indonesia: Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Jakarta. They learned about basic knowledge and theories about gelato making as well hand hand-ons practice everyday, making different gelato recipes. Every student must think and discuss in their teams when making the flavor in order to balance the taste accordingly.
The class also cover topics on tips in running gelato shop, challenges and what aspects must be considered when making gelato business and making an investment in gelato shop standing alone or adding gelato products in current running restaurants or food business.
All students are very enthusiastic in this class, were serious in the recipe that is given by the chef, and very competitive in every competition group held in the classroom. All students look satisfied every time they can work on one Gelato recipe and it tastes good.
“I am very pleased with this Gelato class. This is the first time we all made Gelato and taste good”, said Rizaldi on the day of Graduation. They mostly are interested do further learning or even one day to attend the Gelato Intermediate Class when one day is available in Bali Culinary Pastry School.
