Ubud Food Festival is a major annual project of the Yayasan Mudra Swari Saraswati, with a vision of enriching the lives of Indonesians through community-building and cultural programs. This year, the Ubud Food Festival will be infused with the theme ‘Every flavor is a story’. The theme celebrates Indonesia’s culinary heritage, in which every ingredient, recipe and culinary tradition tells a story of the archipelago’s history, geography and diverse cultures.
Started from 12 to 14 May 2017, as the Southeast Asia’s leading culinary event showcasing Indonesia’s diverse cuisine, innovative chefs and extraordinary local produce.
Bali Culinary Pastry School is also supporting our students to help some of the culinary lovers gathered at the Festival Hub at the Culinary Park and Kitchen Stage in Indus. Some of them are Mrs. Sisca Soewitomo with the uniqueness of her nostalgic food creations, chef Warokka Mandif that shows some of his fine dining extraordinaire, and chef Farah Quinn with her own cooking skills using local Indonesian ingredients.Bali Culinary Pastry School is also supported together to invite our students to help in part for the thousands of foodies who flocked to the Festival Hub at Taman Kuliner and the Kitchen Stage at Indus. Big hope that all of our students can find great benefit and impact through this volunteer contribution. This good relationship sure will be extend for many years to come.
