On 20 April 2017, Bali Culinary Pastry School and PT Sriboga Flour Mill signed a Letter of Partnership Agreement to jointly commit to developing culinary education and pastry bakery. PT.Sriboga Flour Mill is committed to provide support for education to help Indonesians to produce better bakery products. PT. Sriboga Flour Mill contributes three kinds of flour, All Purpose Flour, Whole Wheat Flour and Bread Flour for one year. The event was also attended by directors and management team from PT Sriboga Flour Mill and from Bali Culinary Pastry School.

The signing of this Partnership Agreement Letter is a form of support for the self-development of any individual who wishes to maximize the potential for ready-to-use in the professional industry. On the occasion given by Mr. Zas Ureawan as the director through his speech, he revealed that PT.Sriboga Flour Mill was awarded by UNICEF as ‘The Pioneer in Fortified Flour’ in 1999. In addition, the cooperation that has been established is expected to be developed through CSR programs offered by PT.Sriboga Flour Mill which among others is community empowerment for entrepreneurship in Small and Medium Enterprises and MICRO.

Director of Bali Culinary Pastry School, Dr. Ejasa Sembiring M.Si said that it is important for Indonesia to have a training center like Bali Culinary Pastry School to be able to improve the quality of human resources in Indonesia, in order to compete so as to improve the quality of service in the world of hospitality. M. Ariani Siswanto, BSc., MSc. (IMI), MSc. (REI), the founder of Bali Culinary Pastry School, shared with the audience that there are so many industry players in Indonesia, but not many companies or organizations are care and ready to be involved in advancing education in Indonesia. Great hope Bali Culinary Pastry School to be a bridge to the needs of workers in Indonesia. Through cooperation with companies such as PT. Sriboga Flour Mill, schools and companies can share information and expertise the students according to their field.
