Building a career based on passion is not a simple thing to begin with. It requires a lot of hard work and discipline. Yohanes Evan, as our alumni from Professional Chef Culinary program on 2023, proves that passion can lead to a promising career within just 6 months of internship.!

Evan began his culinary career as an intern. Two weeks before his 6-month internship was scheduled to finished, he was offered a position as a Daily Worker for a month. Upon fulfilling his duties as a temporary worker, he was hired as a Commis Chef .

Evan got this achievement as the results of his persistence from internship experience and also all the lessons he gained from studying at Bali Culinary Pastry School.

He believes achieving success requires more than just skills and knowledge. It is also about having the appropriate attitude at any time and place. Discipline, eager to learn with a lot of curiosity, and working diligently are all essential for standing out and achieving success in any working environment.

All the experience he got both from Bali Culinary Pastry School and Raffles Bali, shaped him to be a person who are ready to face the real professional setting as a Commis Chef.

Here at Bali Culinary Pastry School, all the students will get varieties of hands-on classes and projects that will shaped their skills and knowledge for professional setting. By having a high standard of a holistic curriculum, we as the educator will always strive to help our students unlocking their full potential for best possible results for their future endeavours.
