Bali Culinary Pastry School in collaboration with The Apurva Kempinski Bali created The Apurva Chef Program to give students a basic knowledge and skills in Culinary and Pastry Bakery. Students will be trained, coached and mentored for six months at school and six months in The Apurva Kempinski Bali.
This program is intended for participants minimum age 16 years old.
– Foundational techniques of culinary & pastry bakery.
– Hands-on practice in industry-standard kitchen.
– Potential to be a successful chef in food industry by crafting Project Experiences.
– Real-world experience through 6 months internship at The Apurva Kempinski Nusa Dua, Bali.
