Professional Chef Culinary is the path toward a lifelong journey doing what you love. You’ll get a hands-on experiential foundation in culinary arts, learning from our industry-experienced instructors that will boost your confident to showcasing your craft in presenting food from a diverse cuisine of Indonesia and the world.

This program is intended for participants minimum age 16 – 45 years old.

  • Foundational techniques of culinary arts.
  • Hands-on practice in industry-standard kitchen.
  • Potential to be a successful entrepreneurship in food industry by crafting a unique Pop-Up Restaurant experience.
  • Entrepreneurial skills with study in some elective classes, such as human capital management, finance, marketing, kitchen and restaurant designs, leadership and other subjects.
  • Real-world experience through 6 months internship at 5 star international brand hotel or fine-dining restaurant
