This course is intended for participants who are looking for short course pastry bakery with qualification minimum age 16 years old.
Week 1: Basic Class
Week 2: Pre-Intermediate Class
Week 3: Intermediate Class
Practical Session at Pastry Bakery Lab & enhanced food safety measures.
Duration : up to 7 hours
hands on Pastry & Bakery for 15 days (Monday – Friday) in 3 weeks
