The Bali Culinary Pastry School and The Apurva Kempinski Bali created the Apurva Chef Program to educate student the foundations of cooking and baking.

The Apurva Chef

The Apurva Chef Program is a collaborative effort between The Bali Culinary Pastry School and The Apurva Kempinski Bali. It is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in the foundations of cooking and baking. The program consists of six months of classroom instruction at The Bali Culinary Pastry School, followed by six months of hands-on training, coaching, and mentoring at The Apurva Kempinski Bali. This combination of academic and practical experience will provide students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the culinary industry.
