The Bali Culinary Pastry School and The Apurva Kempinski Bali created the Apurva Chef Program to educate student the foundations of cooking and baking.

The Pastry Bakery Intensive Program teaches students basic pastry and bakery techniques through demonstrations and practical lessons. It covers ingredients, types, and production methods in pastry and bakery work.
The Holiday Camp in Bali is a culinary program on the island of Bali. It offers training and activities to improve cooking and baking skills. Both experienced cooks and beginners are welcome to join and learn new techniques.
