The visit of Mr. Anthony Shaw, the Vice President of Training and Quality from Kempinski Hotels in Geneva, Switzerland to our campus was a great privilege. The visitation objective is to observe our school’s program with The Apurva Kempinski Bali, known as The Apurva Chef, which was created in 2019 to develop the future talented chefs for the hospitality industry.


“It was extremely insightful and the work that the school is doing to prepare our next generation of culinary talent is exemplary. I was very impressed with the facilities and the curriculum that the school offer,” said Mr. Anthony Shaw. He intends to promote this program and work together with Kempinski hotels in other countries to provide our students with placement opportunities upon graduation.
