Bali Culinary Pastry School is always thriving for the best possible approach to the real professional setting in order to shaped the students to be a leader. The students has to involved in several projects to finish their study. After finishing their 7 months of hard work, students has come to their Pre-Final Project called Demo Cocktail Buffet.
This casual social events are made for guest who are willing to indulge in a unique culinary experience. Held in Bali Culinary Pastry School, the scenery itself is memorable as the school is located in verdant ambiance. In addition, guest can directly see the live-cooking and they can always ask about their food to students that assigned to assist them on the service area.
This all-you-can-eat afternoon dining has four different themes from each student’s group.; taple – aromatic by Acasa group, around the world by Ummah, celebration food by Raya, and combination between comfort food and cheat day by Krave. In this pre-final project, they have to serve eighteen different canapé for appetizers, mains, and desserts. These young talented Chef has to assist around fifty to sixty people per event whilst
preparing for their final project on May and June.
Through this project, the students are expected to know more about the real-lifesetting of service preparation by the knowledge and skills the have had learned from school. The Chef instructors are also supervise them accordingly based on the real standard of kitchen setting. By this pre-final project, hopefully they will be ready to indulge in professional journey once they have finish their study and also internship journey. Big congratulations for groups of demo Cocktail Buffet 2023; Acasa, Ummah, Raya, and Krave! It was indeed a fiesta to celebrating foods from around the world at its finest.
Keep striving for the best in order to grab a whole life ahead of them! All the support from students’s families, friends, and colleagues are humbling and greatly appreciated. It is indeed a booster for their success to host this cocktail party. Looking forward to more of this celebration for the next future endeavour.
