About Us

Bali Culinary Pastry School (BCPS) was born with an objective to provide industry access programs in culinary and pastry world. We recognized the importance of every person to have an equal opportunity of pursuing specific careerpath in culinary and pastry fields.
By joining our school, students will have an option to learn spesific industry needs skills thus they can adapt themselves easier once they work after completing the course.
Our courses have been developed by our academic affiliation, Dusit Thani College in Bangkok, with compliance to Asean Common Competency Standard for Tourism Professional (ACCSTP). Eventually, if our graduate decide to work in other Asean countries, the level of knowledge and skill will comply, therefore relevant.

ABOUT THE JOB

Culinary Chef Instructor will be responsible to teach culinary classes according to the curriculum. Instructor will be working with Bali Culinary Pastry School academic team on a day-to-day basis. A Culinary Chef Instructor needs to have strong theoretical and technical culinary skills. A Culinary Chef Instructor must be knowledgeable in their area and have a good communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Teach culinary classes according to the curriculum (theoretical and practical)
  • Develop creative instructional methods to engage students in learning process
  • Develop instruction materials and handouts for students
  • Develop daily lesson plans and instructional plans
  • Prepare assignments, tests, projects to improve student’s academic performance.
  • Setup classroom, lab, and other school equipment and supplies for student
  • Provide personal and professional guidance to students when needed

REQUIREMENT :

  1. Have passion for teaching and coaching
  2. Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Art (or equivalent)
  3. Minimum three (3) years or more working experience in 5-star hotel
  4. Have strong theoretical and technical culinary skills, & thorough knowledge of various Culinary items.
  5. Strong relationship-building skills, including excellent communication skills among all levels of the organization
  6. Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  7. Moderate to advanced computer literacy as it applies to delivery of applicable course content.
  8. Willing to work in Tabanan, Bali

ABOUT THE JOB

Pastry Bakery Chef Instructor will be responsible to teach Pastry and Bakery classes according to the curriculum. Instructor will be working with Bali Culinary Pastry School academic team on a day-to-day basis. A Pastry Bakery Chef Instructor needs to have strong theoretical and technical culinary skills. A Pastry Bakery Chef Instructor must be knowledgeable in their area and have a good communication skills.

  7. Moderate to advanced computer literacy as it applies to delivery of applicable course content.
  8. Willing to work in Tabanan, Bali
