PROGRAM
Carpigiani Gelato University is the largest international gelato school, globally recognized as a breeding ground for successful gelato entrepreneurs, as well as a key training centre for chefs and pastry chefs. Bali Culinary Pastry School has established a collaboration to offer the Basic and Pre-Intermediate Gelato Course, aiming to deliver comprehensive understanding of Italian artisan gelato, including ingredients and diverse production methods, while enabling participants to create gelato, sorbet, and stick gelato.
